Buterbaugh, Registered Nurse, has worked in various service lines and leadership roles throughout her 40 year nursing career. Jill played an instrumental role in the Baby-Friendly designation for the Family Birth Center as well as the launch of the P3 Program in 2020. Jill retired from nursing in 2020 but realized she wasn't ready to give up her passion of supporting the families of West Virginia and returned in 2022.
